Fulfillment Policy

Delivery Policy

HelloSEO offers digital marketing and SEO consulting services. Services are delivered electronically or via telecommunication, based on the specific terms of your agreement and the scope of services requested.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the agreed-upon service has not been performed during the term of the contract.

Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted if:

  • The service was delivered as agreed, but you simply changed your mind.

  • You were informed of any service limitations or issues prior to purchase.

  • You no longer find the service useful after delivery.

Purchase Currency

To support international clients, HelloSEO ensures transparency by clearly displaying the currency associated with all prices on our site. We explicitly list the currency in full (e.g., “USD - United States Dollar”) to avoid confusion, as currency symbols alone may not provide sufficient clarity. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

HelloSEO contracts cannot be canceled during their initial duration. However, after going month-to-month, contracts may be canceled with 30-days written notice. 

Project Abandonment

If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to participate in the service process for a period of thirty (30) days, HelloSEO may consider the project abandoned. In such cases, HelloSEO reserves the right to reduce any potential refund to zero, and the client agrees to forfeit all previously paid fees for the contracted services.
